Terms
Minimum order value excluding freight is $75.00. Packaging and prices are subject to change without notice. On approved credit, payment terms are Net 30 days. Products shipped FOB warehouse. Special order items are not subject to return to ITI
Returns Policy
Products will be accepted only within 35 days of shipment. Product returns will not be accepted without obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) assigned by ITI's customer serivce. When calling for an RGA# please provide the appropriate invoice number. Credit will be issued upon ITI's receipt of goods. A 20% restocking fee may apply
Liability
Our products are intended for use in the laboratory only. Data on products in this catalog is correct and reliable to the best of our knowledge. Under no circumstances will ITI be liable for any consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Any liability incurred is limited exclusively to the replacement of defective product
Quality Control
Continuous product quality is guaranteed by the ITI Molecular Biology Applications Laboratory. Our lab staff are responsible for all ITI quality control, including continuous sterility and bioload certification for injection molded plastics. In addition, they provide reagent production, equipment evaluation and product and protocol development services for expanding the ITI family of products
